Delhi and Dun

Life is just ongoing to give me hard lessons of life (I don’t know how many I necessitate?), but in one way its good as it would be of great use for myself in future but its also making me confined inside my house. But does that mean hard lessons can be learned by imposing asylum on ourself. Well in my case it’s like this, just gaining strength by making resolution every day by supporting myself, by boosting my morals. But at times its tuff even gaining control on our self at the same time there isn’t harm in trying.
To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
I have been to delhi before, I did my schooling here but after I became professional, it was like just for a change. Started professional life from Dehradun which is very opposite in comparison to National Capital. In terms of Climate, Culture, Civic sense, people and lots of other thing both cities are different from one another. I like Delhi but given a choice would like to live in Dehradun. I miss it some times….Nestled in the mountain ranges of the Himalayas, Dehradun is the capital of Uttaranchal. It is one of the most beautiful resorts in the sub mountain tracks of India, known for its scenic surroundings.

Beautiful Dun valley

The name Dehradun is a collection of two words "dera" meaning camp and " dun" meaning valley.Said to be one of the oldest cities in India, it is believed that Lord Rama and his brother did penance here for killing Ravana, the demon king. During the 17th and 18th centuries Dehradun changed hands several times: Guru Ram Rai retreated here from Punjab, the Mughal Governor Najib-ud-Daula occupied it from 1757-1770 and the Gorkhas overran it on their westward expansion before ceding it to the British in 1815. Under the British, Dehradun became an elite town with many a fine institutions like Forest Research Institute, Doon School and Welham

Schools for girls and boys, many more, like the ONGC and Wadia Institute of Himalayan Studies, were added in time. Dehradun has now become an important tourist destination. With cities like rishikesh and haridwar near to dun, it makes this place much better. Biking my way to hills of Masuri was what I used to love most, also sitting on the ghats of Rishikesh and Haridwar was what I liked a lot. I liked visiting chakrata near to Dehradun Situated on the extreme western region of Mussoorie town, this temple is dedicated to Lord Balbhadra, brother of Shri Krishna. About 15 km from Mussoorie, Bhadraj offers a commanding view of the Doon Valley and Chakrata ranges

Well right now its Delhi so lets think about present not about past. Right now life is just going on some how, Its not that I don’t like Delhi but both cities have different way of living life. So right now cant say enjoying delhi but yes if u have money and good friends any city can be enjoyable. Delhi is very happening city buzzing with youngsters, preety faces, cool campuses, trendy and stylish people. Well I can say one thing about Delhi – “Power flows from barrel of gun and/or pocket of rich”
“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.”
Well honestly speaking I don’t know what I was trying to write and what I ended up doing. Such is state of mind now.
"Success, happiness, peace of mind and fulfillment - the most priceless of human treasures - are available to all among us, without exception, who make things happen - who make "good" things happen - in the world around them”
