The 22-day festival, which began on November 17 to celebrate the onset of winter, is offering great shopping discounts and an opportunity to win a Hyundai Santro car everyday. About 70 big showrooms and brand stores in Connaught Place, Karol Bagh, Model Town, Rajouri Garden, South Extension, Vasant Vihar and Sunder Nagar are offering great deals as part of the Utsav. A special prize of first class return tickets to London for a couple will also be given out in the lucky draw.
