Uniformity in dresses will ensure no cultural differences based on one’s attire. As a result every student will be treated equally and discipline would also be maintained in the college.

Being dressed in the same uniform and the same colour will give the students a sense of belongingness to the college and their peers. One will feel more attached towards the other and this will make students help each other and stand for each other more often. Thus the introduction of uniforms will induce the feeling of unity among the students.
