In the busy commercial center of Old Delhi, a worker outside a shop twists a length of syrup that will be used to make sweets

Hi nice pic, just for Nidhi and Aradhna's information, Avinash is right, that person is making sweet only, you must have seen gatta, that sweet meat made up of sugar, he is making that only, actually sugar has different stages of cooking and on each stage you can make different things, you must have seen flowers made up of sugar, or sugar sculptures... for more information you can check www.notterschool.com, click on food art gallery...
